We reserve the right to disqualify participants for rule violations, unsportsmanlike conduct, or disruptive behaviour. Prizes (if applicable) will be distributed as outlined in the tournament rules.

4. Intellectual Property All content produced by Cactus Nexus Team (logos, branding, videos, graphics, etc.) is owned by us or our licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written consent. Content you share with us (e.g., fan art, gameplay clips) remains yours, but you grant us a non-exclusive right to feature or repost it with credit.

5. Third-Party Services Our Services may include links or integrations with third-party platforms (e.g., Twitch, Discord, social media). We are not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of third-party services.

6. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law: Cactus Nexus Team is not liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from your use of our Services. Participation in tournaments, events, or community activities is at your own risk.
